内部增持难挡利空！联合健康再曝“养老院利益输送”丑闻
5月22日，在经历仅三天的上涨后，联合健康股价周三再度下跌，此前有报道称，这家医疗管理巨头涉嫌秘密向养老院支付款项，以获取医疗保险参保人员并减少病患转院治疗。
根据调查报道显示，这家总部位于明尼苏达州伊甸草原的医疗保险公司向养老院支付了数千美元奖金，作为成本削减计划的一部分。此举虽然为公司节省了数百万美元开支，但在某些情况下却危及了住养老人的健康权益。
报道指出，这些款项与公司旗下医疗团队驻点养老院的运营项目有关。该项目通过派驻专业医疗团队，协助养老院降低参保人员的医疗支出。
该报道基于数千份机密企业文件、患者诊疗记录，以及本月提交给国会的两份举报人声明。超过20名联合健康现任及前任员工、养老院工作人员提供了相关操作细节的证词。
联合健康否认了所有指控，强调任何暗示公司员工阻止必要转院的说法“均经核实与事实不符”。公司补充说明，其对养老院的资金支持旨在减少非必要住院治疗，相关合作项目有效提升了养老院的医疗服务质量。
据了解，上周在经历前CEO Andrew Witty突然辞职以及相关报道披露美国司法部刑事调查等负面消息后，联合健康股价在内部人士增持的支撑下，终结了连续八个交易日的下跌走势。
