记者从潮州海事局了解到，5月20日，潮州华瀛码头第15艘大型LNG船舶“中能连云港”安全离港，标志着潮州港累计接卸液化天然气突破100万吨，大幅度提升了粤东地区乃至粤港澳大湾区的天然气调峰保供能力，为推进绿色低碳转型、助力区域经济发展提供了能源保障。

据悉，自2024年9月潮州华瀛LNG接收站一期工程正式投产以来，潮州海事部门以“绿色通关”“船前会商”“立体管控”“信息通报”四项机制服务保障LNG船舶高效通关和进出港作业安全。针对大型LNG船进出口岸，潮州海事部门落实绿色通关机制，优化服务保障，实行“网上办”“马上办”“一次办”，确保LNG船舶海事口岸零等待高效通关。在每艘LNG船舶进港前，潮州海事部门组织码头业主、引航站、船舶代理、拖轮公司等相关单位召开“船前会商”会议，共同布置落实LNG船舶进出港安全保障措施。在船舶进出港期间，潮州海事部门提前发布《航行通告》，对移动安全区实施“立体管控”措施予以保障，通过海巡艇现场管制、智慧海事系统远程管控、无人机空中巡航等多方位多手段实现立体交通管制，确保通航安全畅通。此外，海事执法人员还主动走进渔村，向当地渔民讲授水上交通安全知识，提醒渔民们遵守航行规则，保持瞭望，严禁在航道内捕鱼、垂钓、养殖，避免发生商渔船碰撞事故。
