CEL-SCI (CVM) shares declined by over 45% after the company priced an offering of 2 million shares at $2.50 apiece, targeting gross proceeds of $5 million.
Sanofi (SNY) has agreed to acquire Vigil Neuroscience (VIGL) in a cash transaction with an equity value of up to $600 million, the companies said. Shares of Vigil Neuroscience surged 242% pre-bell.
Eli Lilly (LLY) said the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration granted marketing authorization for Kisunla, an injection for intravenous infusion given every four weeks to treat mild cognitive impairment and mild dementia due to Alzheimer's disease. Shares of Eli Lilly were over 1% lower pre-bell.
