Wise Living Technology (HKG:2481) has renewed an agreement to purchase heat services-related equipment and materials from Shuangliang Eco-Energy Systems (SHA:600481), a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The contract is valid starting May 22 and ending Dec. 31, according to the heating services provider.
Shuangliang Eco-Energy Systems is 46.01% owned by Miao Shuangda, a controlling shareholder of Wise Living Technology, and his associates.
