智通财经APP讯，绿新亲水胶体(01084)公布，于股东周年大会上，公司股东需考虑并酌情批准一项特别决议案，以将公司的英文及中文名称由“Green Future Food Hydrocolloid Marine Science Company Limited”及“绿新亲水胶体海洋科技有限公司”分别变更为“Green Fresh Seaweed Technology Company Limited”及“绿新海藻科技有限公司”。于股东周年大会通告发出后，董事会确认英文及中文名称分别定为“Green Fresh Biotechnology Company Limited”及“绿新生物科技有限公司”更能准确反映公司的业务性质及其主要专注于基于海藻及其他生物材料的生物科技产品的深入研究、开发、生产及销售。
为此，董事会建议紧随股东周年大会后召开股东特别大会，以考虑及酌情批准一项特别决议案，将公司的英文名称由“Green Future Food Hydrocolloid Marine Science Company Limited”变更为“Green Fresh Biotechnology Company Limited”及将公司中文双重外文名称由“绿新亲水胶体海洋科技有限公司”变更为“绿新生物科技有限公司”。
