Quam Plus International Financial (HKG:0952) unit Quam Domain Properties agreed to sell a residential property in California, the US, to VN 1688 for $29 million, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The brokerage will use proceeds from the sale to fully repay an existing mortgage loan of around $14 million, as well as for general working capital and partial repayment of bank borrowings.
