智通财经APP讯，中广核新能源(01811)发布公告，于2025年5月22日(交易时段后)，本公司附属公司中广核嵊泗(作为雇主)与中国电建华东及中交三航局联合体(作为承包商)订立工程总承包合同，中广核嵊泗同意委聘该联合体进行建筑工程。根据工程总承包合同，中广核嵊泗应付的合同价约为人民币14.206亿元(包括税项)。
工程总承包合同乃于本集团的日常及一般业务过程中进行，旨在促进本集团的主要业务，故长远而言对本集团的商业利益有利。
此外，工程总承包合同的标的事项(即项目)位于中国浙江省舟山市，占海面积约23,250亩，已纳入浙江省电力指标，同时也是舟山市重点推进的单体较大的风电项目。项目建成投运后，可缓解当地电力供需矛盾，促进当地经济及新能源事业的发展，并对当地的风电项目起到良好示范效应。
基于上文所述，董事会认为，订立工程总承包合同及实施其项下拟进行的交易以完成项目不仅可增加本集团的装机容量，亦促进本集团在舟山市新能源项目业务的进一步发展，因此，符合本集团的长期发展战略及股东整体利益。
