5月22日下午，长江实业集团有限公司主席李泽巨在2025年股东周年大会上回答关于对经济前景看法的问题时表示，“世界有很多不确定因素，今年不敢做预测。李泽巨提到目前最重要的是集团财务健康，有专用资金去应对不可预见的任何事，“有财务实力，遇到风浪会较易顶得住、挨得起。”
对于香港住宅市场，李泽巨表示“我们新楼盘的推出一直以市场为导向。我们的卖楼策略一向贴近市场。（客户）如果是自用，并且负担能力又可以的话，现在买房应该不会是一个大问题。”
