Keyne (HKG:0009) received a winding-up petition filed by Perfect Win Properties on Tuesday over alleged unpaid debts of a little over HK$3.9 million, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The petition will be heard before the Hong Kong High Court on July 9. The property developer is currently in the process of seeking legal advice on the way forward.
Trading in the company's shares, which was suspended April 2, remains suspended.
