新浪科技讯 5月22日晚间消息，BOSS直聘发布了2025年第一季度财报。财报显示，2025年第一季度，BOSS直聘营收19.23亿元，净利润5.12亿元。截至2025年3月31日止的十二个月内，公司付费企业客户数为 640万。

　　2025年第一季度，BOSS直聘平均月活跃用户数（MAU）为5760万。春节后至今，单个用户的达成数量（即求职招聘收获）同环比均保持上涨。

　　BOSS直聘创始人、董事长兼CEO赵鹏表示，“在不确定性增加的时候，企业筛选和聚焦在极少数正确的事情上，可以有效地增加企业经营的确定性。这对于投资人、员工和企业所服务的用户都很重要。去年以来，我们聚焦保利润，并在技术上保持投入。”（罗宁）
