民生教育(01569)发布公告，于2025年5月23日(交易时段后)，公司(为借款方)与中信银行国际有限公司(中信银行国际)(为贷款方)订立授信函。根据授信函，中信银行国际同意向公司提供最多为人民币3亿元或等值港币及美元的循环贷款。公司根据授信函项下的贷款的最终还款日期为自首次提款之日起不超过1年。
