【环球网科技综合报道】5月22日消息，据外媒报道，激光雷达公司Luminar近期动作频频，不仅领导层变动，还启动了新一轮裁员计划。

该公司创始人奥斯汀·拉塞尔本月初不再担任首席执行官兼董事会主席一职。Luminar董事会发布新闻稿称，罗素因道德调查辞职，董事会已任命曾任Nuance董事长兼首席执行官的保罗·里奇接任首席执行官。

与此同时，Luminar的裁员进程仍在持续。这轮裁员是在2024年大规模裁员基础上的进一步调整——2024年该公司已裁员约30%，部分裁员行动延续至2025年第一季度，当时共计裁员212人。而最新的裁员于5月15日启动，公司预计此轮裁员将产生400万至500万美元的现金费用，相关费用将在今年第二季度和第三季度体现。目前，Luminar尚未就相关情况回应置评请求。（纯钧）
