消息面上，欧康维视生物发布公告，治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿（DME）新药OT-703（0.19mg氟轻松玻璃体内植入剂）获国家药监局药品审评中心批准纳入海南博鳌乐城国际医疗旅游先行区药品真实世界数据应用试点品种。目前OT-703的III期临床试验正在进行中。
东北证券指出，公司创新管线持续推进。OT1001智维泰（西替利嗪滴眼液，过敏性结膜炎）已于2024年9月获得NMPA批准上市，该药是目前唯一获FDA批准可用于低龄（两岁及以上）患者的抗过敏眼科药物；OT-702博优景（阿柏西普）已于2024年7月向CDE提交BLA，有望2025年获批上市；OT-502 Dexycu（地塞米松植入剂）于2024年9月向CDE提交NDA，有望2025年获批上市；OT101（0.01%阿托品滴眼液）预计于2026年完成三年期数据III期临床试验；OT202（酪氨酸激酶抑制剂，干眼）已于2024年3月揭盲II期临床，有望于2025年启动III期临床试验；OT301（NCX470，NO供体型贝美前列素）预计于2025年完成III期临床试验。
