智通财经APP获悉，东风集团股份(00489)再涨超4%，截至发稿，涨2.96%，报4.52港元，成交额1.58亿港元。
消息面上，今年2月，东风股份与长安汽车公告，双方的间接控股股东兵装集团、东风集团两大央企集团，正在与其他国资央企集团筹划重组事项。而长安汽车董事长朱华荣此前明确表示，重组方案基本已经完成。东风集团股份则在2024年业绩说明会上透露，公司与长安汽车的整合正在推进，控股股东已启动对长安旗下汽车板块的重组筹划，协同效应有望释放。
此外，5月8日，东风汽车集团发布2025年4月以及1-4月销量数据。数据显示，4月东风汽车集团销量为13.87万辆，同比下滑2.7%；其中，新能源汽车销量为4.14万辆，同比增长73.5%。2025年1-4月东风汽车集团累计销量为52.67万辆，同比下滑20.8%。其中，新能源汽车累计销量为12.04万辆，同比增长27.7%。
