Arashi Vision (SHA:688775), doing business as Insta360, plans to issue up to 41 million shares via an initial public offering on the Shanghai bourse's STAR science and technology board.
The shares on offer will be equivalent to 10.22% of the camera manufacturer's total shares following the issuance.
The issuance is expected to take place on May 30.
Upon completion, Insta360's share capital will increase to 401 million shares.
Goldman Sachs (China) Securities and China International Capital Corp. (HKG:3908, SHA:601995) will be the sponsor and lead underwriter for the offering.
