新浪科技讯 5月22日上午消息，从公司方面获悉，618期间，淘宝将“全球包邮计划” 扩容至12个国家和地区，覆盖新加坡、马来西亚、韩国、中国香港、中国澳门、中国台湾、澳大利亚、日本、泰国、柬埔寨、哈萨克斯坦和蒙古国。其中，哈萨克斯坦、蒙古国首次加入淘宝包邮区。

　　据介绍，上述国家和地区的消费者在618期间不仅可以享受“满额包邮”，淘宝还为他们提供了“本地退货”服务。如若消费者对购买的商品不满，可以到就近的自提点完成退货。

　　在618大促优惠方面，境外消费者享受与中国大陆消费者同等的“官方立减”权益：活动商品官方立减15%起，最高立减50%，一件也能享受立减优惠。值得一提的是，今年部分境外地区的“88VIP”会员也可领取专属大额优惠券叠加使用。

　　淘宝出海相关负责人表示：“今年淘宝还将继续加速出海，帮助商家开拓海外市场、获得新生意新增长。”（闫妍）
