** Stock set for biggest intraday pct drop since December 30, 2024

** Real asset manager files case against board of Australia Pacific Airports Corporation (APAC), which owns Melbourne and Launceston airports

** Case to contest APAC's notice last week, alleging breach of confidentiality agreements related to Dexus's 27% stake in APAC held through Dexus Bloc

** Dexus may be forced to sell its stake in Melbourne Airport if complaint upheld

** YTD, DSX gains 5.1%
