消息面上，荣昌生物宣布，拟配售1900万股新H股，占扩大后H股数目9.11%及扩大后股份总数3.37%，配售价为每股42.44港元，较上一交易日收盘价46.9港元折让9.51%。配售所得款项净额预计约为7.96亿港元，将用于投资核心产品泰它西普(RC18)的核心适应症拓展，如重症肌无力、膜性肾病及其他一般企业用途。
