近年来,中企在欧洲选址出现显著分化。匈牙利、波兰、捷克等传统热门区域面临房地产资源竞争、价格上涨、劳动力资源趋紧等问题。仲量联行研究发现,不少企业在考虑欧洲设厂时,尝试跳出“欧盟+成本洼地”的逻辑,开始关注一些相对“小众”的新兴市场。但新兴市场的政治局势、人文背景、供应链配套程度还需企业实地考察后才能决定。
