新浪科技讯 5月22日中午消息，在2025阿里云中企出海大会上，阿里巴巴集团CEO、阿里云智能集团董事长兼CEO 吴泳铭表示，阿里云将以战略级投入，加速打造全球云计算一张网，加速AI产品国际化，增强出海咨询、技术和服务团队建设，为中国企业出海铺路搭桥。

　　吴泳铭表示，走向全球是中国企业的发展必然。中国有14亿人的庞大市场，有最丰富的应用场景，有全球数量最多的优质工程师，也有高强度、多样化的竞争。能在中国市场胜出的产品和技术，也将在全球市场上扮演重要角色。中国在5G、AI、智能汽车等领域已经实现了技术领先。中国企业的技术、供应链、服务和品牌能力已经形成外溢效应。未来，中国企业将在全球市场拥有更大的影响力。

　　据悉，阿里云将在三个方面加大投入，全力支持中国企业出海：

　　第一，加速打造全球云计算一张网。

　　吴泳铭表示，未来三年，阿里巴巴将投入超过3800亿人民币，用于建设云和AI硬件基础设施，总额超过去十年总和。阿里云将加速打造覆盖中国、日韩、东南亚、中东、欧洲、美洲的全球云计算一张网。

　　第二，加速模型出海，加速AI产品国际化。目前，阿里通义已开源200余个模型，衍生模型数超10万个。千问3支持119种语言，涵盖众多小语种和方言。

　　第三，打造海内外一体的最优服务体验。目前，阿里云合规体系已获得超过150余项安全合规认证。
