“高镇大队，我是‘长江黄金3号’，船上一旅客腹痛，经船医诊断须送医院救治，请求支援……”5月21日上午10时30分许，重庆丰都海事处高镇执法大队执法人员接到了一通急切的求助电话，上行船舶“长江黄金3号”一旅客腹痛急需就医。

接到求助电话后，值班执法人员立即启动应急救援机制，查清该船具体船位，摸清生病旅客病痛症状，拨通正在辖区水域巡航执法人员电话，告知相关情况，协调海巡艇“12262”火速下行，与航行船舶“长江黄金3号”进行汇合；同时，拨打120急救电话，沟通旅客生病情况，联系救护车提前抵达高镇渡口等候救援。

抵达现场后，执法人员仔细观察船舶航行动态，通过与船上人员密切配合，将生病旅客安全转移至海巡艇上，在向船方短暂了解基本情况后，便加足马力火速前往救护车等候渡口，争分夺秒缩短黄金救援时间。到达渡口后，执法人员快速将生病旅客转移至救护车，并积极配合医护人员完成手续交接。
