专题：第十一届中国与全球化论坛

　　2025年5月22日-23日，“第十一届中国与全球化论坛”在北京举行。全球化智库（CCG）特邀高级研究员，北京语言大学土耳其研究中心主任寿慧生出席并演讲。

　　寿慧生认为，全球南方将是一个重要的战略战场，会影响到二十一世纪的未来。他强调，全球南方一定会发挥非常具有决定性的作用。

　　他指出，中国在赢得南方国家方面所取得了很多成就，尤其是在过去的十年里。中国发挥了非常独特的作用，做出了独特的贡献，给全球南方提供了各种各样的选择性，包括发展的方式，发展的领域。还有应该关注哪些方面，比如说新的机构，新的地区、集团，还有新区域主义。

　　“我想把它叫做开放区域主义，与世界上不同的地方一步一步的一起努力。但是这一切都是开放的，现在要建一个新的全球网络，来继续推动全球化的推进。”

　　在寿慧生看来，中国非常了解一点，那就是未来这个世界不可能隶属于具体某一个国家，它是隶属于整个世界的，是属于国际社会的，全球南方在其中也是发挥着关键的作用。
