宁德时代(3750.HK)上市次日，被提前纳入MSCI全球标准指数！
2025年5月21日，明晟指数公司发布公告，因宁德时代(3750.HK)在港IPO上市，提前将其纳入MSCI全球标准指数中，并归集于大盘股，相关调整将于2025年6月2日生效。
据笔者分析，MSCI会在上市第一或第二日评估满足条件的公司是否可被纳入标准指数。与一般调整相比，IPO新股需要满足的纳入条件更高，其总市值至少需达到纳入门槛的1.8倍，自由流通市值至少需达到纳入门槛的0.9倍（0.5*1.8）。
具体来说，MSCI会基于认购期结束后2个工作日内公开的发行和超额配售（部分或全部行使）结果，对IPO新股的发行规模进行测算，如果决定提前纳入证券，MSCI将提前10个工作日通知纳入证券。
宁德时代于2025年5月20日在香港上市，其不仅以263港元上限定价，IPO发行中的发售量调整权及超额配股权也都获得行使，最终募资额达410亿港元（约合52.4亿美元，基石约占26亿美元），总市值达1.2万亿港元（约合1525亿美元）。
此前5月份MSCI调整中，标准指数的最小总市值、自由流通市值门槛参考值分别约为59.28亿、29.64亿美元。即想要提前纳入MSCI标准指数，自由流通市值至少需达约26.7亿美元。
上市前两个交易日，宁德时代港股股价分别上涨了16.43%、10.19%，对应自由流通市值（去除基石部分）分别达30.7亿、33.9亿美元，满足MSCI全球标准指数对IPO新股的纳入要求，因此在上市次日便被其提前纳入。
