智通财经APP获悉，恒瑞医药(01276)首挂上市，公告显示，每股定价44.05港元，共发行2.25亿股股份，每手200股，所得款项净额约97.47亿港元。截至发稿，涨29.4%，报57港元，成交额16.55亿港元。
公开资料显示，恒瑞医药是一家根植中国，全球领先的创新型制药企业。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，以2023年新分子实体创新药收入及处于临床后更后期阶段的新分子实体在研创新药数量而言，恒瑞医药在中国制药企业中均名列前茅。恒瑞医药始终专注于创新治疗方案，造就了庞大而差异化的创新药物组合，以解决全球重大未满足的医疗需求，近年来亦不断加速自身的全球化扩张。
对创新的这一执着追求，从集团的资金投入中可见一斑，2024年集团的研发投入(包括研发费用及资本化研发支出)占总收入的百分比达29.4%。此外，集团致力于为股东带来可观的回报。自A股上市以来，集团的累计现金分红约人民币80.29亿元，相当于集团当年A股上市募集资金的16.8倍，而这也是集团此前唯一一次资本市场融资。
