碧桂园延长重组协议费用期限，超70%债权人支持
5月23日，碧桂园（02007）发布公告，宣布延长早鸟重组支持协议同意费用期限及一般重组支持协议同意费用期限。
根据公告，截至2025年5月23日，已有超过70%的现有公众票据本金持有人加入了重组支持协议。公司理解其他债权人也支持该建议重组，并正在进行内部程序以加入协议。
具体而言，早鸟重组支持协议同意费用期限将延长至2025年6月6日下午五时正，而一般重组支持协议同意费用期限则延长至2025年6月20日下午五时正。所有已提交的加入函将继续有效，尚未签署或加入协议的债务持有人可以查看协议条款并尽快加入。
公司指出，实施建议重组的成功与否取决于多个无法控制的因素，投资者在进行股份交易时应谨慎行事，必要时寻求专业意见。
