Silk Logistics Holdings Says ACCC Resumes Review of Proposed Acquisition by DP World Australia

Silk Logistics Holdings (ASX:SLH) said that the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission resumed its review regarding the proposed acquisition of all of the shares in the firm by DP World Australia via a scheme of arrangement, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

The revised date for announcement of the regulator's findings is July 10. The scheme meeting is currently schedule for June 20. The end date under the scheme implementation deed is June 30.

The firm is reviewing its position regarding the revised ACCC decision date and is in talks with DP World Australia.

Silk Logistics said that it has not issued a notice to extend the end date under the scheme and it has not received such a notice from DP World.
