5月19日，洪桥集团(08137)发布公告称，董事会宣布，李一鸣先生(李先生)已获委任为本公司首席财务官、公司秘书及授权代表，自2025年5月19日起生效。杨皓明先生(杨先生)因其他个人事务辞任本公司首席财务官及公司秘书，并分别根据香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)GEM证券上市规则(GEM上市规则)第5.24条及香港法例第622章公司条例第16部，不再担任本公司授权代表(授权代表)，自2025年5月19日起生效。
截至2024年12月31日止，该公司年度的全年业绩如下：持续业务收益1.26亿港元，同比减少44.43%;股东应占亏损4.13亿港元，同比扩大287.61%；每股基本亏损4.23港仙。
