广发证券（01776）发布公告，根据《广发证券股份有限公司2025年面向专业投资者公开发行次级债券（第二期）发行公告》，广发证券股份有限公司2025年面向专业投资者公开发行次级债券（第二期）（以下简称“本期债券”）发行规模为不超过50亿元（含），发行价格为每张100元，采取网下面向专业机构投资者询价配售的方式发行。
本期债券发行时间为2025年5月21日至2025年5月22日，其中品种一发行期限为3年，最终发行规模为20亿元，最终票面利率为1.95%，认购倍数为1.60倍；品种二未发行。本期债券募集资金全部用于偿还“22广发04”。
