　　证监会首席风险官、发行监管司司长严伯进5月22日在国新办新闻发布会上表示，证监会坚定不移推进高水平对外开放，大力支持科技企业用好境内境外两个资本市场，自境外上市备案新规实施以来，截至今年4月底，已经完成242家境内企业境外上市备案，其中有83家科技型企业，主要集中在信息技术、新能源、先进制造等领域。证监会继续支持符合条件的科技企业利用境内境外资本市场发展，为科技企业境外上市提供更加透明、更加高效、可预期的监管政策。
