近日，山东港口青岛港油港公司董家口液体化工仓储工程（二期）配套装车线顺利开启首次装车作业，标志着该项目在投产运营的进程中迈出关键一步，将进一步提升液化烃物流运输的效率与服务品质，为区域能源供应链注入新动能。

作为高度危险的液化烃类化学品，丁烷具有易燃、易爆特性，对作业安全管控要求极高。为确保液化烃装车作业安全、有序进行，青岛港对作业流程进行全面梳理，认真研究制定安全管控措施和应急预案，从车辆入场充装前的检查、货物充装过程的管控到充装后车辆离场确认，各环节制定详细、规范的操作标准，严格把控每一个环节，同时，装车平台配备先进的安全联锁监测设备，实时监控装车过程中的温度、流速、压力等关键参数，确保作业安全平稳、全过程受控。
