市场传言已有国泰海通员工收到薪酬安排相关通知，原有模式下的薪资发放截至日期已确定，未来或将根据市场情况调整。

　　内部人士表示，有关“原有模式下的薪酬发放将保留至今年6月末”主要针对合并后的海通证券员工，据业内人士表示，原海通证券员工固定薪酬应该是高于原国泰君安证券员工。

　　对此，国泰海通证券内部人士表示，此次调整主要是针对原来国泰和海通两家公司薪酬体系不太一致做调整，合并后随着业务融合的推介需要调整一致。据获悉，原海通证券的人员薪酬体系将保留至今年6月底。
