冠轈控股(01872.HK) 公布，其全资附属BetaTech与Infinity Energy订立不具法律约束力之谅解备忘录，BetaTech拟直接或透过指定联营公司向Infinity Energy收购目标公司AIMI Investments的30%股权，初步评估估计不超过2亿元。
公司指，目标公司透过其全资附属拥有南通禾帆能源科技之全部股权，而目标集团主要从事供应用于氢气生产的阴离子交换膜(AEM)水电解设备；自2024年下半年起，公司与目标集团进行讨论，探讨成立专注于发展AEM业务之合营企业。然而，于业务架构及其他投资条款之磋商过程中出现挑战，最终导致合营企业当时无法推进。尽管如此，公司仍有意探索与目标集团之投资机会。因此，正积极继续就潜在交易事项进行讨论。(ss/j)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
