MNTN (MNTN) said late Wednesday it priced an initial public offering of 11.7 million class A common shares at $16 each.
The company, which provides a TV-based advertising software platform, said it is offering 8.4 million of the shares, with the rest offered by certain existing stockholders.
The selling stockholders have granted a 30-day overallotment option to the underwriters to acquire up to 1.8 million additional shares.
The company expects the shares to start trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol MNTN Thursday, while the IPO is expected to close Friday.
