新华财经北京5月22日电（记者丁雅雯）今年“天猫618”，境外消费者也可以享受淘宝包邮。
记者获悉，“618”期间，淘宝将“全球包邮计划” 扩容至12个国家和地区，覆盖新加坡、马来西亚、韩国、澳大利亚、日本、泰国、柬埔寨、哈萨克斯坦、蒙古国及港澳台地区。其中，哈萨克斯坦、蒙古国首次加入淘宝包邮区。
上述国家和地区的消费者在“618”期间不仅可以享受“满额包邮”，淘宝还为他们提供了“本地退货”服务。若消费者对购买的商品不满，可以到就近的自提点完成退货。
2025年开年以来，淘宝出海步伐显著加快。继2月在香港落地首个线下家具体验店PapaHome后，上周淘宝又在哈萨克斯坦推出俄语版。淘宝出海相关负责人表示：“今年淘宝还将继续加速出海，帮助商家开拓海外市场、获得新生意新增长。”
