智通财经APP获悉，微创医疗(00853)尾盘跌超4%，截至发稿，跌4.08%，报6.58港元，成交额8015.15万港元。
消息面上，微创机器人此前宣布配售2513.65万股新H股，每股作价15.5港元，较上一交易日收盘价17.98港元折让约13.79%。净筹约3.82亿港元。此外，微创医疗拟出售微创机器人3016.35万股占公司已发行股本的约3%，涉资4.68亿元。紧随配售事项及出售事项完成后，微创医疗持有的微创机器人比例将由48.08%降至43.98%。
摩根大通发表研究报告指，与前几次出售微创机器人股份不同，此次微创医疗可能出于履行财务义务的资金需求。微创医疗曾与高瓴对赌，若旗下心律管理(CRM)业务微创心律未能于2025年7月前上市，将面临赎回风险。该行认为，此次出售股份事件对微创医疗收入和利润预测影响甚微，但目前对公司资产负债表看法转趋审慎，将目标价从9港元下调至8.6港元，维持“增持”评级。
