China Conch Environment Protection Holdings Limited has announced the retirement of KPMG as its auditor, effective at the conclusion of the company's 2025 annual general meeting. KPMG has served as the auditor since March 2022. The decision comes as part of the company's efforts to enhance the independence of its external audit services and maintain good corporate governance practices. The Board and the Audit Committee have confirmed that there are no disagreements or unresolved matters between KPMG and the company. KPMG will not issue a confirmation regarding any circumstances related to its retirement, as there is no requirement for such under Cayman Islands law. The company expressed gratitude to KPMG for its services over the past years.
