Supporting Creditor Takes Over K. H. Group Unit's Winding-Up Petition

A winding-up petition against K. H. Group (HKG:1557) unit K. H. Foundations was dismissed by the Hong Kong High Court on application from the petitioner, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The court also approved a request by King Topwell International, a supporting creditor of the petition, to become the new petitioner.

King Topwell International can file and serve an amended petition against the company regarding the non-payment of HK$2.7 million of outstanding invoices.

The court adjourned the hearing of the amended petition to July 16.
