TradingKey - 纳微半导体公司与英伟达合作开发新一代高压直流架构，股价一度飙涨逾190%，有望扭转此前的疲软表现。
美东时间周三（5月21日），纳微半导体公司 (Navitas)宣布与英伟达（NVDA）合作开发下一代800V高压直流(HVDC)架构。受此消息影响，该公司股价盘后一度暴涨超190%，随后收窄至187%。

据悉，纳微将帮助英伟达提高电力来满足不断增长的AI运算需求。执行长Gene Sheridan表示，“凭借广泛的产品组合，我们可以支持NVIDIA从电网到GPU的800 V高压直流基础设施”。
具体地说，纳微在开发800V电力架构中提供氮化镓和碳化硅技术，该项技术不仅大幅能够提高能源效率，而且还能降低铜材使用量，削弱成本。
自2021年底，纳微公司股价持续下滑。 2025年1月迄今，短短不到半年时间累计下跌45%，远远不及标普500指数跌幅0.4%。如今，纳微为英伟达合作有望扭曲其颓势，但是未来能走多远还要取决于合作成果。
