任锐先生因工作调整已辞任公司副董事长及总经理职务，自其辞职报告送达董事会(即2025年5月22日)起生效。于彼辞任后，任锐先生将继续担任第一届董事会执行董事职务。任锐先生的辞任将不会影响公司的正常运作。公司将根据相关规定尽快完成公司总经理的选聘工作。
董事会已于2025年5月22日召开的第一届董事会第43次会议上批准选举任锐先生接替王利民先生为董事长及提名委员会主席，其任期自董事会审议批准之日(即2025年5月22日)起至第二届董事会成立之日止。
王利民先生不再为公司于联交所证券上市规则第3.05条项下的授权代表，自2025年5月22日生效。董事长兼执行董事任锐先生已获委任为授权代表，自2025年5月22日生效。
