Memiontec (SGX:TWL) issued 380,900 shares in the capital of the company, pursuant to the exercise of warrants, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
Following the issuance, the total number of issued and paid up share capital of the company has increased to 1,101,665,900 shares.
Shares of the company jumped nearly 7% in recent trading.
