新浪科技讯 5月22日下午消息，今日举办的微软媒体沟通会上，微软大中华区首席运营官陶然（Chris Tao）分享指出，未来6-12个月企业产品开发、客户服务、市场营销等领域，将成为全球AI投资加速的重点领域。

　　陶然指出，在这样的情况下，企业员工的技能也将发生变化。在他看来，员工使用AI的“AI素养”，以及冲突解决能力、适应变化的能力、流程优化能力和创新思维，将成为2025年最重要的五大技能。

　　他指出，过去两年，企业管理者对于AI的认知已经发生了翻天覆地的变化，企业落地AI应用的趋势已经变得更加实用。（文猛）
