智通财经APP讯，VITASOY INT'L(00345)公布，该集团预期截至2025年3月31日止年度将取得股权持有人应占溢利2.25亿-2.45亿港元，同比大约上升 94% 至 111%。
公告称，溢利上升的主要原因是中国内地业务和中国香港特别行政区业务的经营溢利大幅增加，以及澳洲业务经营亏损减少，惟部分增幅被本财政年度增加的税务支出所抵消，具体来说:
- 中国内地业务：透过更强的执行力和产品创新，逐步增加收入，同时生产效率提高、原材料成本下降、采购和营运效率的提升，持续改善盈利能力。
- 中国香港特别行政区业务：业务在充满挑战的本地零售环境中，凭借其强大的品牌效应、广泛的市场覆盖和产品创新，继续取得收入增长。销售量增加、产品价格提升、生产效率改善以及原材料成本降低，为实现经营溢利增长的主要驱动因素。
- 澳洲业务：通过收入回升和稳定生产，满足当地强劲的市场需求，减少了其经营亏损。
