于股东周年大会上，滕胜春先生及于越先生获重选为第四届监事会股东代表监事。经公司职工代表大会选举，蒋𬍛女士获重选为第四届监事会职工代表监事。
于第四届董事会的第一次会议上，付骁女士获委任为公司总经理(总裁)，常亮先生获委任为公司执行总裁，常颖女士获委任为公司财务总监及潘立臣先生获委任为公司董事会秘书，其任期与第四届董事会任期相同。
