智通财经APP讯，中国稀土(00769)发布公告，于2025年5月28日(交易时段后)，卖方众景国际有限公司、买方公司的直接全资附属公司Wealthy Energy Limited及公司订立该协议，据此，买方有条件同意购买及卖方同意出售钨条，总代价为1.5亿港元，其将透过于完成时按每股代价股份0.375港元的发行价发行及配发4亿股代价股份偿付。代价股份将根据一般授权发行。
假设公司已发行股本于本公告日期至完成期间并无变动，将以缴足股款形式配发及发行4亿股新股份的代价股份，将占于本公告日期公司已发行股本约16.7%，并占经配发及发行代价股份扩大后公司已发行股本约14.3%。
