智通财经APP讯，协合新能源(00182)发布公告，于2025年5月26日交易时段后：瓮安协合与光大金租订立融资租赁协议A，据此，光大金租将向瓮安协合购买设备及设施A，购买价为人民币2.12亿元，并将设备及设施A租回予瓮安协合，而瓮安协合需按季支付租赁款作为代价;
依兰泰霆、招商租赁、浩泰新能源及吉林电力工程协定如下融资租赁安排B1：(a)依兰泰霆、招商租赁及浩泰新能源订立设备B1-a权益转让协议，据此，招商租赁(替代依兰泰霆)将向浩泰新能源购买设备B1-a，购买价为人民币2.07亿元，以便将设备B1-a出租予依兰泰霆;(b)依兰泰霆、招商租赁及吉林电力工程订立配套设施B1-b权益转让协议，据此，吉林电力工程将为招商租赁建造配套设施B1-b，以由招商租赁出租配套设施B1-b予依兰泰霆，建造价为人民币6000万元;及(c)依兰泰霆与招商租赁订立融资租赁协议B1，据此，依兰泰霆将于租赁期B1内向招商租赁承租设备B1-a及配套设施B1-b，且依兰泰霆须按季向招商租赁支付租赁款作为代价;及
依兰泰霆与招商天津租赁订立融资租赁协议B2，据此，招商天津租赁将向依兰泰霆购买设备及设施B2，购买价为人民币1.13亿元，以便于租赁期B2内将设备及设施B2租回予依兰泰霆，依兰泰霆须按季向招商天津租赁支付租赁款作为代价。
该等融资租赁安排之总购买价为人民币5.92亿元。
