长虹佳华(03991)发布公告，有关长虹佳华数字与苏宁采购中心买卖合同纠纷一案。于2025年5月26日，公司收到江苏省南京市中级人民法院于2025年5月23日发出的(2024)苏01民初852号民事判决书，据此法院判决苏宁采购中心于该判决发生法律效力之日起30日内向长虹佳华数字支付货款人民币7.205亿元，资金占用损失包括以人民币7.06亿元为基数计至2024年9月13日为人民币1.246亿元，及以人民币7.06亿元为基数并自2024年9月14日起按全国银行间同业拆借中心同期公布的一年期贷款市场报价利率的1.3倍计算至实际付清之日止，苏宁易购集团股份有限公司在苏宁采购中心不足以承担上述责任时承担补充清偿责任，长虹佳华数字有权就抵押房产折价或拍卖、变卖所得价款享有优先受偿权。

本次诉讼目前仅处于一审判决阶段，目前尚无法确定诉讼的最终判决及执行结果以及是否会对集团本期利润或其后利润造成任何重大影响。集团将依法主张自身合法权益，积极采取相关法律措施以维护集团及公司股东的合法权益。
