格隆汇5月26日丨华昊中天医药-B(02563.HK)公告，董事会决议公告申请公司未上市股份全流通。兹提述中国证券监督管理委员会于2019年11月14日发布并于2023年8月10日进一步修订的《H股公司境内未上市股份申请"全流通"业务指引》以及中国证监会于2023年2月17日就H股于联交所上市的公司申请股份全流通程序发布的《境内企业境外发行证券和上市管理试行办法》。
在符合中华人民共和国相关法律、法规、规章及规范性文件以及上市规则的前提下，公司可应股东要求向中国证监会提出境内未上市股份全流通的申请。
本次全流通方案的决议在相关申请全流通股东出具的授权委托书有效期内有效。若相关申请全流通股东重新出具授权委托书，延长授权委托期限的，本次全流通方案的决议有效期限相应顺延。
