【监管严打IPO“带病申报”： 中鼎恒盛踩四大“红线” 两保代遭“封杀”半年】金十数据5月26日讯，继山西凝固力新型材料股份有限公司后，又有企业在现场检查中被发现“带病申报”，并领了罚单。5月23日晚间，深交所公布了对两单IPO撤回项目及其中介机构的处罚，其中中鼎恒盛气体设备股份有限公司是2023年第三批被抽中现场检查的企业。此次通报，不仅中鼎恒盛及其实控人、高管领了罚单，国泰海通及相关保代也被处罚，这也是国泰海通完成合并后收到的首张投行业务罚单。“此案是注册制下监管‘长牙带刺’的标志性事件，从2023年现场检查到2025年最终处罚，历时两年的跨周期监管表明：撤回材料不等于‘安全着陆’， 申报即担责绝非空话，监管跨周期追责正成为常态。”南开金融发展学院院长田利辉表示。
