A winding-up petition against China Huajun Group (HKG:0377) was dismissed by the Hong Kong High Court on Monday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The trading and logistics company also said its scheme of arrangement related to a debt restructuring will become effective when all necessary requirements are fulfilled.
