智通财经APP讯，CTR HOLDINGS(01416)发布公告，根据对集团截至2025年2月28日止年度(“本年度”)的未经审核综合管理账目进行初步审阅，集团预计于本年度取得溢利不少于约770万新元，相比上一个财政年度(“同比年度”)取得溢利267万新元，主要原因(除其他因素外)如下：
(1)准时交付多个大型建筑项目，连同加速执行重大合约，导致收益增长;及
(2)集团于本年度争取到多份大型合约，导致较高收益。
